Community Helper

Remote, Part-Time

As a Community Helper, you will assist members of our community by addressing their questions and concerns and creating a welcoming atmosphere. You'll work closely with the Community Manager to support events, discussions, and foster a collaborative and engaging community experience.

This role operates on a request basis, meaning the Community Helper must proactively check for new tickets and inquiries, and respond as needed. Expect to commit approximately 1-3 hours per week.

What you will do

  • Assist community members with questions and concerns.
  • Promote a positive and welcoming community environment.
  • Support the Community Manager in organizing events and discussions.

What you should have

  • You must have full knowledge over our most popular products
  • Your server level must exceed level 100
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A passion for community building and support.
  • Experience in customer service or community engagement.

Bonus Points

  • Prior experience in community moderation.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.

Compensation

This is a voluntary position; however, you can earn revenue from paid support inquiries and receive performance-based bonuses.
