These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of software licenses, subscriptions, and physical products from Krx.gg. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Please read these terms carefully before making any purchase.
We offer various types of software licenses including single-use licenses, subscriptions, and different variants with varying durations ranging from short-term (e.g., 1 day) to lifetime licenses. Lifetime licenses are valid until the specific product reaches its end of life as determined by us. Each license is for single-device use only and cannot be transferred between devices or users. Subscription licenses provide access for the specified duration and automatically expire at the end of the subscription period.
All prices are displayed in EUR (Euros). We do not provide currency conversion services. When using PayPal, their own exchange rates will apply to your transaction. For other payment methods, we use near-real-time exchange rates at the time of payment processing. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
We may occasionally offer promotional codes, discount codes, and sales at our sole discretion. These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, expiration dates, and usage limitations. Promotional codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated and are non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
Orders are processed immediately upon payment confirmation. No age verification beyond our standard terms is required. If a payment fails or is declined by your payment provider, the order will be flagged as failed and automatically cancelled. You will need to place a new order with valid payment information. We accept various payment methods, though physical products may have more restricted payment options.
Once payment is confirmed for digital products, licenses and content are delivered immediately to your Discord account and can also be retrieved from your user dashboard. Software downloads are available through our Discord server. License activation occurs upon your first login to the software, and only then does any expiration period (if applicable) begin counting down.
Download and license access is available for as long as your license key remains active. For time-limited licenses, access expires at the end of the specified duration. For lifetime licenses, access continues until the product reaches end of life. Instructions and user guides are included with all software purchases to help you get started.
Physical products are typically processed within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation. Payment methods for physical products may be more restricted than digital products. All physical products are thoroughly tested before shipping to ensure proper functionality. If a product is out of stock at the time of your order, we will issue a full refund for that item.
We offer international shipping for physical products to locations where legally permitted. Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, border fees, and any other charges imposed by your country or shipping carrier are your responsibility and not included in the product price. We are not responsible for delays, additional fees, or issues caused by customs or international shipping processes.
A defective product is defined as a clearly non-user-induced damaged physical product that fails to function as intended due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Since all products are tested before shipping to ensure functionality, defective products are rare. If you receive a defective physical product, you must report it immediately through our support ticket system with appropriate documentation.
We provide free technical support through our support ticket system, along with comprehensive instructions and guides included with your purchase. For customers requiring additional assistance, we may offer paid remote support services at our discretion. All support requests should be submitted through our official support ticket system.
For any issues with your purchase, including technical problems, delivery issues, or product concerns, you must create a support ticket through our official support system. This ensures proper tracking and resolution of your issue. Issues reported through other channels may not receive timely attention.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any software licenses, subscriptions, or physical products under normal circumstances. The only exceptions are: (1) out-of-stock physical products which receive automatic refunds, (2) clearly defective physical products as defined above, and (3) rare circumstances where we may offer store credit or discount codes at our sole discretion, though we are under no obligation to do so.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee that any product will remain available for purchase. For limited-time offers or limited-quantity products, purchases are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Software licenses must be activated through our authentication system. Activation requires a valid internet connection and successful device identification. Once activated, licenses are tied to your specific device and cannot be transferred. Attempting to use a license on multiple devices simultaneously will raise an error.
Lifetime licenses are valid until the product reaches end of life, which occurs when we officially discontinue support, development, or distribution of the product. We will provide reasonable notice before declaring a product end of life, but are not obligated to provide refunds or replacements when this occurs. End of life decisions are made at our sole discretion based on business needs.
You will receive order confirmation through your Discord account when available. It is your responsibility to keep records of your purchases and license information. We maintain purchase records in your dashboard, but recommend you also keep your own records for reference.
Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or fees that may be imposed by your local jurisdiction or during international shipping. You are responsible for determining and paying any such additional costs. We are not responsible for calculating, collecting, or remitting taxes on your behalf unless required by law in specific jurisdictions.
We are not liable for delays in product delivery or service provision caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, shipping carrier delays, technical failures, or other force majeure events. Such delays do not constitute grounds for refunds or cancellations.
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once payment has been confirmed and processing has begun. For digital products, this occurs immediately upon payment. For physical products, this occurs once the order enters our fulfillment process. Any requests for changes must be made through our support ticket system, but we cannot guarantee accommodation.
Purchasing our products grants you a license to use the software as specified in our Terms of Service, but does not transfer any ownership of intellectual property rights. All software, documentation, and related materials remain our exclusive property. Physical products, once delivered, become your property, but any included software or intellectual property remains subject to our licensing terms.
Any disputes related to purchases must first be addressed through our support ticket system. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve purchase-related issues. Any unresolved disputes are subject to the dispute resolution procedures outlined in our Terms of Service, including binding arbitration where applicable.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services or placement of new orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Existing orders remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
