This role operates on a self-driven basis, ensuring timely responses to customer issues.
What you will do
- Assist users with technical issues via various support channels.

What you should have

- Your server level must exceed level 10
- Experience in technical support or IT.
- Strong understanding of technical products and services.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Technical knowledge relevant to our products/services.
