This role operates on a self-driven basis, ensuring timely responses to customer issues.
What you will do
- Respond to support tickets promptly and professionally.
- Provide clear solutions to user inquiries and issues.
- Maintain accurate records of support interactions.
What you should have
- You must have full knowledge over our most popular products
- Your server level must exceed level 40
- Experience in customer support or technical support.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
