Weekly Schedule
Our team is available during the following hours for general inquiries:
Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Please note that times may vary depending on staff availability.
For Technical Support
Our team is available during the following hours for technical support (such as TeamViewer remote assistance, etc.):
Monday - Friday: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Remote support is subject to staff availability. To ensure the best experience, we recommend scheduling an appointment, especially for customers in different time zones.
For Custom Orders, Applications, etc.
There are no fixed times for these inquiries, as they will be addressed by the appropriate staff, not our general team. The handling times should be the same.
Ticket Handling Times
General inquiries are typically addressed on the same day if submitted during regular support hours. For inquiries made outside of these hours, responses are generally provided the following day.
Holiday Observations
During public holidays, our support may be limited to give our team the opportunity to celebrate and spend time with their families. Here are key holidays when we may have reduced availability:
January 1st: Closed
Easter (date varies): Limited Support
December 24th to 26th: Closed
Special Days
On select occasions, our hours may vary. For example, around Birthdays, Christmas and New Year, we often adjust our schedule to allow our team to celebrate with their loved ones.
