As a Support Team Lead, you will guide and support your team to deliver top-notch customer service. You'll oversee scheduling, coordinate training initiatives, and provide mentorship to ensure a high-performing support team.
This role operates on an as-needed basis, responding to team dynamics and customer needs.
What you will do
- Lead and mentor the support team to achieve service excellence.
- Manage scheduling and workflow to ensure coverage.
- Develop and implement training programs for team members.
What you should have
- You must have full knowledge over our most popular products
- Your server level must exceed level 50
- Experience in a customer support role with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
