As a Support Team Lead, you will guide and support your team to deliver top-notch customer service. You'll oversee scheduling, coordinate training initiatives, and provide mentorship to ensure a high-performing support team.

This role operates on an as-needed basis, responding to team dynamics and customer needs.

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor the support team to achieve service excellence.
  • Manage scheduling and workflow to ensure coverage.
  • Develop and implement training programs for team members.

What you should have

  • You must have full knowledge over our most popular products
  • Your server level must exceed level 50
  • Experience in a customer support role with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation
