How do I apply a discount code or promotion?

Discount codes can be applied directly at checkout. If you've activated a discount through a referral link, it will automatically be applied to your next purchase and shown at checkout.

What currency are prices listed in, and can I pay in a different currency?

Prices are listed in EUR. In certain cases, we may also accept USD.

Can I modify my payment method after placing an order?

No, once an order has been placed, you cannot modify the payment method. Please submit a new order using your preferred payment option.

How long does delivery take?

For orders paid with Store Credit:
Delivery is processed automatically and arrives instantly.

For orders paid with Cryptocurrency (including Moonpay):
Delivery is processed automatically once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. This typically requires 2-6 confirmations, which may vary depending on the blockchain network. If you do not receive your order within 15 minutes after 6 confirmations are completed, please contact our support team for manual delivery.

For orders paid through other methods:
Manual delivery is required. Depending on the time of your payment, delivery can take anywhere from 1 minute to several hours. The timing may vary based on whether your order was placed during our working and operating hours .

Account and Order Management

Do I need an account to make a purchase?

No account is required to make a purchase; however, you will need a Discord account to receive your order.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been paid, it cannot be changed. If your order is still unpaid, you can cancel it by selecting "Cancel Order" or simply allowing it to expire.

What should I do if I forgot or lost my license key?

You can retrieve your license key from your Discord messages, as it was sent to you there. If you are still unable to find it, please contact support, and we'll assist you in restoring access.

What should I do if my license key was stolen or used fraudulently?

Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your key. If not reported, we may assume it was shared intentionally and may terminate the key without eligibility for recovery.

Are there any specific system requirements for this product?

To ensure smooth operation, your PC should meet the game's requirements, ideally running at 144fps or higher (240fps+ recommended).

Can I transfer the product to another device or account?

Yes, product licenses are tied to your PC. If you need to transfer to a different device, you can purchase a transfer option. Transfers to a different account or devices you do not own are not permitted.

Are your products compatible with Windows, macOS, or Linux?

Our products are compatible only with Windows 10 and 11.

What device is required to use X Product?
