Get Your Login Data from Discord

This recovery flow is for legacy users whose old account met at least one of these conditions:

• You had money in your account balance
• You had at least one active key

If your old account had no balance and no active keys, it may not have been migrated into the new login system.

We migrated authentication from Discord login to email/password login.

This process lets you connect Discord one time so we can identify your migrated account and show your new login credentials.

1. Go to Account Migration.
2. Click Continue with Discord.
3. Authorize Discord.
4. We match your Discord user ID to migrated account data.
5. If found, your login email and password are shown.

For migrated legacy accounts, the email is usually:

your_discord_id@krx.gg

If your recovered account still uses a @krx.gg email, you cannot make deposits or place new orders yet.

To unlock deposits and ordering:

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Go to Dashboard > Account Settings.
3. Change your email to your real email address.

If recovery returns "not found", your Discord account was not included in the migration dataset.

• After login, change your password in Dashboard > Account
