To find the specific reason for your declined payment, go to Dashboard > Wallet > Transactions and check the "Note" column for the decline reason.

Common reasons include:

• Insufficient funds
• Card restrictions
• Security holds by your bank

Regular deposits have no fees - you pay exactly what you see at checkout.

Crypto deposits have approximately 4% processing fee, but these deposits are credited instantly after the required blockchain confirmations.

Withdrawals require a minimum of €5 with 4% + €2 processing fee. All withdrawals are cryptocurrency only.

Withdrawals are prohibited in countries where cryptocurrency transactions are restricted by local law. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

We do not store traditional payment information like credit card details. We only store encrypted cryptocurrency addresses for withdrawal purposes.
