License keys

Complete guide to understanding, activating, and managing your software license keys.

Understanding License Keys

A license key is your unique authentication code required to log into and use our software products. Think of it as your digital key that proves you've legitimately purchased and are authorized to use our software.

Finding & Activating Keys

All your active license keys are stored in Dashboard > Keys. Here you'll see all your purchased license keys with their associated products and expiration status.

To activate, simply launch the software and enter your license key when prompted. Activation happens automatically upon first login.

Device Management

License keys are locked to a single device for security purposes. When you first activate your license key, it becomes permanently linked to your computer's unique hardware signature (HWID).

If you need to use a different device, you can reset the hardware ID lock by purchasing an HWID Reset from our shop.

Troubleshooting License Issues

"Invalid login location" error means you're trying to use the key on a different device. Purchase an HWID reset to unlock your key for the current device.

"Invalid license key" error means you may have entered the key incorrectly or it has expired. Check Dashboard > Keys to verify your key status.

License Transfer & Recovery

To transfer your license to a new device, purchase an HWID Reset from our shop, then install the software on your new device and activate using your original license key.

If you lose your license key, check Dashboard > Keys first. If keys are missing from your dashboard, we cannot recover them for security reasons.

License Duration & Expiration

Timed licenses (1 month, 3 months, etc.) start counting from first login, not purchase date. Unused keys don't expire until first activation.

Lifetime licenses never expire under normal circumstances and may only become invalid if the product is discontinued.
