Orders

Complete guide to tracking, managing, and accessing your orders and digital downloads.

Order Status & Tracking

Navigate to your Dashboard > Orders to view all your orders. Each order displays its current status in the top left corner:

Pending - Your order is awaiting payment. Complete your payment to proceed to the next stage.

Paid - Payment confirmed! For digital products: delivered and awaiting your review. For physical products: payment processed, preparing for shipment.

Shipped - Physical products only. Your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you.

Complete - Your order has been delivered and you've left a review.

Order Management

You can only cancel orders with "Pending" status (unpaid orders). Once payment is processed, orders cannot be cancelled due to our instant digital delivery system.

To modify an order, you must cancel the current unpaid order and place a new one with your desired changes.

You can easily reorder any previous purchase by visiting Dashboard > Orders.

Downloads & Digital Access

All digital downloads are accessible through our Discord server. After your purchase is confirmed, you'll automatically receive access to the appropriate download channels.

Your download access remains valid for as long as your license key is active. For lifetime purchases, this means permanent access unless the product is discontinued.
